The Maze District of Canyonlands National Parks is a fascinating place to see. The geology of the area is really nice to see. The structure of the rocks is great. The sandstone cliffs are a result of the ancient seas that covered the area in ancient millinias. This area is a jumble of canyons. When you hike in the Maze please pay close attention to your map and where you are located on the map. It is very easy to get lost and/or turned around.
