     Here are some links that are not backpacking related, but are family, friends and others that I really like for one reason or another. I hope that you will enjoy them. If you would like, you can also go straight to my personal photo gallery.

     Please check out a very beautiful photography site called Nature Photography by Greg Rothschild. You will be amazed at what he can do with a camera. This site has something for everyone and you can purchase just about any one of them. If you go that far please tell them that Pittypatt sent you. I get nothing from this I just want to share with you a very beautiful site.

     Rockhounds will enjoy this great site. Bob's Rock Shop is the most comprehensive rock site that I have ever seen. If you want to learn about rocks and minerals, then you must visit this site. Another great thing about this site is that Bob is not trying to sell anything from his collection. He just wants to show off his fantastic collection. This site takes a while to load up also, but it's really well worth the wait. He also has midis that play while the pages load.

     Now my lovely daughter, Denise, is hung up on cows. Anything that has to do with cows she loves. You can't tell since she recently redid her site, Shattered Sun, but she used to have it set up as a shrine to cows. She also has photos of my handsome grandsons Sam and Zack in her photos section.

     Check out Penny Schwyn's site. Penny is out of Spokane, Washington and runs a home based business that is a full repair and custom sewing/design service. She also has her own line of accessories for white water rafters called Speciality Outdoors. Enjoy the pictures of her work and of her lovely family.

     L & J Antiques and Collectibles Mall is run by two great guys named Larry Pogue and Joe Crow. They have some really beautiful items for sale. Not only does Larry take sime wonderful pictures of the antiques they sell but these guys really know their stuff! This site is always being updated, so you should return often to see what's new.

     This is favorite search engine and I believe that it is the easiest to use because it takes plain english questions and returns with a plain english answer.

     This is a picture of Hommer Lynn. He is the love of my life and not only my life partner, but also my backpacking partner. We took up backpacking together and have enjoyed it so much! This was taken at a trailhead in the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park in Utah. We were on our way to Druid Arch, then around Chestler Park, through the Joint Trail and back to the trail head. We had a great time.

     Here are my two oldest grandchildren Samuel Phillip and Rachael Anne. These were taken at Easter 1997 and Summer 1998.
